Business: Angola’s Industry and Commerce Minister Rui Miguenes de Oliveira sees India as a very strong economy. He mentioned his meeting with Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.
Oliveira said it was a very useful meeting. We exchanged views on how to build stronger relations between Angola and India. This meeting was an opportunity for us to explore ways to improve our relations. We see the Indian economy, especially in recent times, very strong, and growing quite rapidly.
Bilateral trade talks with Mozambique
Apart from this, Goyal also held talks on bilateral trade with Antonio Grispos, Secretary of State for Trade of Mozambique. The two met during the CII Partnership Summit 2025.
